Nia gives agents superhuman knowledge by indexing entire codebases, documentation, and external sources, making them 27% better at solving real problems.

- I stay in the founder mode 24/7. I will only hire 20 people before IPO.
Founding Engineer (fullstack)
About the Role
I work on-site in San Francisco, grinding 10-12 hours per day.
This is not a 9-5. I'm here to build generational software, and that requires dedication, grit, and a willingness to go all-in.
Tech stack: TypeScript, Python, GCP, multiple LLM providers, and GitHub Actions.
You might be a good fit if you are:

Compensation
$150k-$200k base salary
0.5-3.5% equity (we're serious about making you wealthy)
